5pm - 8pm
Photographing children can sometimes be as challenging as trying to herd cats. Cory Mitchell and Gail Stewart have both worked with children, both outdoors, on location and in a studio setting. They will be sharing some of their tips, tricks, and methods for getting great shots in challenging situations. They will discuss equipment, preparations and tips on how to get, and hold, a child’s attention as well as working with siblings and groups. They will talk about how to add light to outdoor portraits and how to make the most of your location. They will show us how to use props effectively, along with sharing examples of some of their work.
